How I work
Clickgone is Thibault Deheinzelin. No sales layer: the person who answers you is the person who builds. These are the rules I hold myself to, because they decide how good the result is.
The simplest thing that solves the problem
An autonomous AI agent is impressive in a demo and brittle in production. I always start from the simplest deterministic workflow, and only add AI where it is genuinely needed — understanding free text, sorting intent, writing.
- Prices, calculations and rules stay in code, never handed to the model
- AI goes where language is fuzzy, not where the output must be exact
- Fewer nodes to maintain, fewer Sunday outages
Everything runs on your accounts
The workflow is delivered on your own n8n instance, with your API keys and your access. You are not buying a dependency: you are buying an asset you keep, even if we stop working together.
- JSON export of the workflow handed over at delivery
- Handover documentation written for someone who was not there
- No black box, no mandatory subscription
A human stays in control where it matters
Automations that write to your customers go through approval, at least at the start. A Telegram message, a button, and the flow continues. Trust is built over a few weeks, not declared.
- Human approval on anything going out to a customer
- Immediate alert as soon as a case falls outside the expected path
- Revision counter: after three, a human decides
What I do not do
Better said before the call: it saves you a quarter of an hour, and me too.
- Automate a process nobody has written down yet
- Promise an agent that handles everything alone, with no human approval
- Charge a maintenance retainer on a workflow that runs without incident
- Work on sensitive data without an agreed written framework
Three milestones, one deliverable each.
No vague retainer, no project that drifts. You know what you get and when, before signing anything.
milestone 01 · 30 min · free
Scoping call
We go through your repetitive tasks and look for the one with the highest cost and the lowest automation effort.
Deliverable: a map of your processes, and the recommended entry point.
milestone 02 · within 48 h
Priced scope
A short document: what gets automated, which tools connect, what stays human, the fixed price and the delivery date.
Deliverable: the written scope, with firm price and deadline.
milestone 03 · 1 to 3 weeks
Delivery and handover
The workflow is built, tested on your real data, then put into production on your own accounts. A handover session closes the engagement.
Deliverable: the workflow in production, its documentation, the handover session.
First automation

Fixed price confirmed at milestone 2. No mandatory subscription afterwards.
Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether it can be automated.
Bring the task that annoys you most. I will tell you straight whether automation solves it, and what it takes.
